Different regimens or massage styles that

A massage different from the others, Thai
Yoga Massage is done on a mat on the floor with the recipient
in comfortable clothing. What distinguishes Thai Yoga Massage
from other massage modalities is the effect it has of gently
stretching and opening up the body.
It releases tension, makes the body
more limber, and helps energy flow positively. This helps
alleviate back pain, arthritis, headaches, and other stress
related conditions. It promotes a deep state of relaxation,
centeredness and well-being. A complete holistic bodywork
session is done in approximately 1 ½ hours.

Reiki is a Japanese word meaning “Universal
Life Force Energy”. Reiki is a simple “hands-on”
healing method that is completely safe and activates healing
energy within us. A person can experience emotional, mental,
physical and spiritual healing. Reiki is not a religion or
belief—it is simply “Life Force Energy”
that is channeled through me to you for healing. A Reiki session can be done fully clothed if desired.

CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle form of manipulation of the craniosacral system. The craniosacral system consists of the membranes and fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord and includes the skull, face and mouth, which make up the cranium, and the sacrum (tailbone). Craniosacral therapy has proven effective for the relief of migraine headaches, chronic neck and back pain, traumatic brain and spinal cord injuries, central nervous system disorders, temporomandibular joint syndrome (TMJ), Scoliosis, and fibromyalgia, among other ailments.
